Confirmation Policy

To confirm, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. If not confirmed 12 hours in advance the appointment will be cancelled.

To cancel, plese contact us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Documents must be uploaded at least 5 days prior to the appointment or the appointment will be rescheduled.
